The candidate opens it, sees the job posting, gives their name and résumé, and starts. No account, no scheduling. Progress is saved to the link, so closing the tab or losing signal costs nothing; reopening the page picks up where they left off.

The candidate never sees the mechanism: no preset names, no bar, no score, no pass/fail.
