Format and time limit

• Conversation (default). A real conversation plus a live work-sample. Follow-ups react to how deep an answer goes, and a fumbled start can still be recovered.
• Multiple choice. Fast and identical for everyone, but a chosen option carries no depth. You give up the adaptive follow-ups. Right for very high volume or a hard knowledge gate.
• Voice (Pro, per role). Offers a spoken interview. The candidate still chooses voice or text and can switch mid-interview. It is never imposed.

An optional time limit of 1 to 240 minutes can be set per screen. Nothing new is asked after the limit, an answer in progress finishes, and the interview is judged on what was gathered. The candidate is deliberately not shown a countdown. Format and time limit can be changed on the role page afterwards.
